Sang-Min Kim

Sang-Min Kim (X) is a legal fellow to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers. He holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law, where he was a Root-Tilden-Kern Scholar, and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. He graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley as a Gates Millennium Scholar. During his graduate program, he interned at various federal institutions such as the Court of International Trade (Judge Timothy Reif), Department of Commerce (CCTEC), and Department of State (L). Prior to this program, he worked as an open-source fellow and investigator at the United Nations and Berkeley Law’s Human Rights Center as well as a Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellow at the Arms Control Association.
