Chiara Giorgetti

Professor Chiara Giorgetti (LinkedIn) of Richmond Law School teaches international law and international dispute resolution and is a Non-Resident Faculty at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. She is a leading expert in international courts and tribunals and international claims commissions in particular, having published twelve books on these subjects, including “International Claims Commissions—Righting Wrongs after Conflict” and “Research Handbook on International Claims Commissions.” She is the Vice-Chair of the Board of the Register of Claims for Ukraine and served as counsel in numerous international proceedings, including at the UN Claims Commission and the Eritrea-Ethiopia Claims Commission. She is graduate of Yale Law School (LLM and JSD) and Bologna University and clerked at the International Court of Justice.
