Sarah Rose (LinkedIn) is the Director of Policy at The Share Trust. She previously served as the Senior Advisor for Localization at USAID, where she coordinated an agency-wide reform effort to advance locally led development and humanitarian assistance. Prior to her role at USAID, Sarah was a policy fellow at the Center for Global Development, where her research focused on aid effectiveness and US development policy. Sarah’s previous experience also includes working as a monitoring and evaluation specialist in the health office of the USAID Mission in Mozambique and coordinating country selection and eligibility in the department of policy and evaluation at the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
