Daphne McCurdy (LinkedIn) is Vice President for Policy and Advocacy at Pact. She previously served as Deputy Assistant Administrator for Legislative Affairs at USAID and Senior Advisor in the Office of China Coordination at the State Department. Prior to these roles, Daphne was Foreign Policy Advisor to Senator Jeff Merkley where she oversaw his work on the Foreign Relations Committee and the Appropriations’ State and Foreign Operations subcommittee. She has extensive experience working in the US government, the United Nations, and various think tanks and non-governmental organizations managing policy, foreign assistance, and research across the Middle East and Africa.
