Thomas Probert

Dr. Thomas Probert (@tjwprobert) is the Head of Research of the Freedom from Violence initiative at the Institute for International and Comparative Law in Africa (University of Pretoria) and a Research Associate at the Centre of Governance and Human Rights (University of Cambridge). He formerly acted as a research consultant to the UN Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, based in the Office of the High Commission for Human Rights in Geneva.
