Nat O'Connell

Nat O’Connell (@oconnellnat) is an associate news editor at Just Security and Senior Legal Fellow at JUSTICE, a law reform and human rights organization based in the UK.

Nat graduated from the University of Manchester with a first-class bachelor of laws degree. During law school, Nat worked at the University of Manchester’s Legal Advice Centre, advising on probate matters and consumer and contract law. She has been involved in pro bono projects, including the Dementia Law Clinic, providing advice on powers of attorney and disputes around mental capacity, and the Housing Clinic, assisting clients facing homelessness, possession proceedings and eviction.
