Mark Medish served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director on the National Security Council and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury in the Clinton administration. He is a co-founder of Keep Our Republic, a non-partisan civic engagement group on election integrity.

He worked on foreign assistance at the State Department and the U.N. Development Program.  Medish was a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP. and previously worked as a law associate at Covington & Burling.  He was vice president for studies at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.  Medish was president of a division of Guggenheim Partners, an asset management firm.  He is currently president of The Messina Group, a strategic consultancy.  Medish was educated at Harvard, Oxford and Georgetown.
