Jonathan M. Winer (@JonathanMaWiner) served as Deputy Assistant U.S. Secretary of State for International Law Enforcement in the Clinton Administration, Special Envoy for Libya in the Obama Administration, and as Counsel to Senator John Kerry. He is a member of Keep Our Republic, a non-partisan civic engagement group on election integrity.

Winer was a partner at Alston and Bird LLP. He is currently a non-resident scholar at the Middle East Institute and serves on the International Advisory Council of APCO Worldwide, an international consultancy firm. Winer was educated at Yale University and NYU School of Law.
