Leah Litman

Leah Litman (@LeahLitman) is a professor of law at the University of Michigan Law School. She researches and writes on constitutional law and habeas corpus, and teaches constitutional law, federal courts, and post-conviction review.  Her recent work has appeared in the Michigan Law Review, the Virginia Law Review, the Duke Law Journal, and the Northwestern Law Review.  She also maintains an active pro bono practice. Before coming to UCI, she was a Climenko Fellow at Harvard Law School. She is also on LinkedIn.
