Leah Litman is an Assistant Professor of Law at University of California, Irvine School of Law. She researches and writes on constitutional law and habeas corpus, and teaches constitutional law, federal courts, and post-conviction review. Her recent work has appeared in the Michigan Law Review, the Virginia Law Review, the Duke Law Journal, and the Northwestern Law Review. She also maintains an active pro bono practice. Before coming to UCI, she was a Climenko Fellow at Harvard Law School.
