Joshua Lam (@joshlamlamlam) is a joint degree graduate student at the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and the Yale School of Management. He is also a Research Associate at the Mass Atrocities in the Digital Era initiative within Yale University’s Genocide Studies Program. His research focuses on understanding the spread and impact of state-sponsored propaganda and disinformation on social media platforms.
Prior to Yale, Joshua worked at IDinsight, a global advisory, data analytics, and research organization in the international development sector. He implemented and advised on a variety of monitoring and evaluation projects in Ghana and South Africa.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
