Jenny Domino (LinkedInX) is a senior case and policy officer at the Oversight Board, where she also serves as the policy lead on elections and civic space. Before joining the Oversight Board, Domino led an Asia-wide internet freedom initiative for an international nonprofit and was based as a legal adviser in Myanmar, where she worked on law reform, freedom of expression issues, and human-rights accountability for ethnic minorities. She has consulted for various nonprofits on content moderation, rule of law, and the state of national human-rights institutions in East, South, and Southeast Asia. In 2017, she worked as an advisor for the chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines on the human-rights investigation of the killings linked to the Philippine government’s “war on drugs,” which is now the subject of an International Criminal Court proceeding. Domino is a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab and an Advisory Board Member at Global Focus’s Digital Democracy Initiative. She is completing her doctoral studies at Harvard Law School.
