Anastasiya Donets
Anastasiya Donets (LinkedIn) leads the Ukraine Legal Team at the International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR), where she works on strategic litigation and corporate accountability related to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Her work focuses on advancing accountability for mass atrocity crimes and strengthening legal responses to systemic human rights violations. Anastasiya holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. in International Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Prior to joining IPHR, she worked in Kyiv as an analyst with the Ukrainian human rights organization CrimeaSOS. She previously served as an Assistant Professor in the International Law Department at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
