Celeste Kmiotek

Celeste Kmiotek (LinkedIn – X) is a senior staff lawyer with the Atlantic Council’s Strategic Litigation Project, focusing on justice efforts for atrocity crimes and human rights violations. Prior to this, she worked on efforts to secure accountability for victims of torture at REDRESS, where she focused on reparations projects. She also previously supported the Office of the International Co-Prosecutor at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
