Jess Dawgert
Jess Dawgert (LinkedIn) is a Founding Partner of Ariela Lake Law & Consulting, a boutique firm focusing on federal immigration litigation. Prior to founding Ariela Lake, she spent nearly two decades at the Department of Justice working on immigration matters, both as an Associate Deputy Attorney General and Senior Litigation Counsel. She has also taught criminal immigration law and appellate writing. Her career has been dedicated to immigration law, particularly issues involving citizenship, visa eligibility, detention, administrative law, and federal court practice. Ms. Dawgert received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami.
