Bethany Davis Noll

Bethany Davis Noll is the Executive Director of the State Energy and Environmental Impact Center at NYU School of Law where she also serves as an adjunct professor. She previously served as Assistant Solicitor General in the New York State Attorney General’s Office, as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, and as a clerk for the Honorable Chester J. Straub in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and for the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin in the District Court for the Southern District of New York. Bethany received a J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Barnard College.
