Martin Chamberlain QC is a leading London barrister specialising in UK Public Law & Human Rights, EU law and Public International Law. For claimants, he has recently represented victims of US drone strikes in a challenge to GCHQ involvement in these attacks (R (Noor Khan) v Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) and in now representing Campaign Against the Arms Trade in its judicial review claim against the UK Government for failure to suspend licences for the export of arms to Saudi Arabia in the light of breaches of international humanitarian law in Yemen. Martin also represents the UK Government in domestic and international courts and tribunals.
