Andrew Chakhoyan (X) is the Academic Director at the University of Amsterdam’s Graduate School of Social Sciences, where he teaches a course on multilateralism. He is the founder & CEO of the Netherlands-based Strategic Narrative Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in corporate diplomacy and public policy. He previously served in the U.S. government at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and is a regular contributor to The Hill, Politico Europe, Newsweek, the New York Post, and the Kyiv Independent, where he writes on Russia’s war, Ukraine, and European security. A Ukrainian-American, he studied at the Harvard Kennedy School and Donetsk State Technical University.
