Baher Azmy

Baher Azmy is the Legal Director of the Center of Constitutional Rights. He directs all of the Center’s litigation around issues related to the promotion of civil and human rights. While a professor at Seton Hall law school, where he taught constitutional lessons and directed a constitutional litigation clinic, Baher represented Murat Kurnaz, a Turkish-German Guantánamo detainee who was released in 2006.
