Today starting at 1pm, the House Judiciary Committee is beginning its markup of the USA Freedom Act (H.R. 3361), including the Manager’s Amendment about which Jennifer Granick wrote yesterday. We are also hearing reports that HPSCI will be marking up the USA Freedom Act tomorrow at 10:00am, so stayed tuned for further developments.
