The prosecution has now filed its reply brief in its interlocutory appeal from the order dismissing the MV Limburg-related charges. Attorneys for al-Nashiri have filed a sur-reply brief. And the Court of Military Commission Review has scheduled oral argument for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, in Courtroom 201 of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, 717 Madison Place, D.C.
