Welcome John Reed to Just Security!

We are thrilled to welcome John Reed who will serve as Just Security’s Managing Editor. John will already be familiar to many of our readers due to the impact he has made working at the intersection of digital media, national security, and technology. Having held almost every position in a digital newsroom, John made a major mark helping create Foreign Policy‘s digital National Security Channel. At Foreign Policy he also authored Killer Apps, a web column focusing on cybersecurity, intelligence, and the technology of conflict. Articles from Killer Apps routinely sat atop Foreign Policy‘s most read list. Before he joined the team at Foreign Policy, John worked at Military.com where he increased Defense Tech’s audience by 160 percent, to more than one million monthly pageviews. By all accounts, John also happens to be a great colleague.

He will officially start on Monday, September 15.

Welcome, John!
