Elizabeth Whatcott (@EAWhatcott) is the Program Associate and Special Assistant to the Executive Director at the Reiss Center on Law and Security. In this role, she supports operations, events, and research activities of the Center. Prior to joining NYU Law, Elizabeth completed post-graduate internships with the Europe Practice at the Albright Stonebridge Group, the Washington, D.C.-based global advisory firm, and with the Institute of World Politics, a graduate school focused on national security and foreign affairs. Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University with a BA in International Relations and a minor in French. Her research areas of interest include digital democracy, disinformation, and transatlantic relations.
