Samuel W. Ugwumba (LinkedIn) is a Senior Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and an Academic Fellow at the Católica Global School of Law. He holds a Ph.D. in law from University College Cork and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Burton Memorial Fellow. His research focuses on intellectual property law and AI governance in Africa.
