Andrew Turley

Major General (ret) Andrew Turley served as an Air Force judge advocate in a wide variety of Active Duty, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard positions at the Wing, Major Command and Pentagon levels, retiring in 2012 as the ANG Assistant to the Air Force Judge Advocate General. In his parallel civilian career, he held legal positions in several federal agencies such as the Department of Justice, Department of Defense and the White House, including service as general counsel for two agencies. He retired from the Senior Executive Service as the Air Force Deputy General Counsel for Fiscal, Ethics and Administrative Law in 2015.
