Kathryn Taylor

Kathryn Taylor (@intrkat) is a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow with the Cyber Policy Initiative and the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Previously, she worked as a UI/UX researcher for the Harvard Privacy Tools Project. Kathryn earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Computer Science from Emory University.
