Nikhel Sus

Nikhel Sus is Senior Counsel at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), where he litigates transparency, ethics, and other cases challenging Executive Branch illegality.  He previously served as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice’s Civil Division, where he defended high-profile legal challenges to federal statutes, policies, and programs.  Nikhel is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and the College of Charleston.
