Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith (@csmith106) was a Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace fellow at Win Without War in the Fall of 2019. Through the fellowship, she worked for the policy and advocacy teams on progressive foreign policy issues. Since then, she has joined the staff of the Small Enterprise, Education and Promotion Network (SEEP) as Program Assistant for Programs and Network Advancement, with a focus on bringing together international development organizations to share lessons learned and promote informed economic development practices. She is an alumna of the University of Pittsburgh and currently resides in Washington DC.
