Ryan Santicola

Ryan Santicola is a judge advocate in the US Navy and an LL.M. candidate at Columbia Law School. He has served as a legal advisor for operational and installation commanders overseas and his most recent assignment was as the Staff Judge Advocate for the Commander of the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force in the US SEVENTH Fleet.
