
Ali Sanaei

Ali Sanaei is an Associate Instructional Professor in Computational Social Science at the University of Chicago. He is a political scientist whose research addresses international security and public opinion, with particular attention to the domestic determinants of military conduct and the politics of the Middle East.
Dr. Sanaei holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Michigan (2015), where he was a SSHRC and FLAS fellow and wrote his dissertation on the domestic politics of asymmetric wars.
