
Nathan Reilly
Nathan Reilly (LinkedIn) previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney and Senior Litigation Counsel in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY). During his decade-long tenure with that office, Reilly served in a variety of capacities, including as the Grand Jury Coordinator and the Chief of EDNY’s Public Integrity section, where he supervised a team of prosecutors, agents and staff in investigations and prosecutions of corruption and fraud by elected and appointed officials, government contractors and public sector employees.
Reilly presently serves as the General Counsel of MacAndrews & Forbes. His previous roles include: First Deputy General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the New York Attorney General, Special Assistant to the Secretary to the Governor of New York and work with two international law firms where he focused on criminal defense, internal investigations and data privacy-related issues. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff in the Southern District of New York.
Reilly has previously published articles on a broad array of legal topics in outlets including the New York Law Journal, Law360, and Compliance Today. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
