Rebecca Blumenthal is a legal intern at Global Rights Compliance assisting on-going projects on the Starvation team and the COVID-19 Response.

Rebecca completed her Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University in Milan with a final dissertation on the extraterritorial scope of the principle of non-refoulement at sea. Rebecca has previously interned with the UNICEF National Committee in Budapest working on a number of advocacy projects, liaising with external donors and has recently participated in the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute internship program in London, where she primarily worked with the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Division.
