Juris Pupcenoks

Dr. Juris Pupcenoks (LinkedIn) is a Professor & Chair of the Political Science Department at Marist University (USA), an Associate Fellow at the Academy of International Affairs NRW (Bonn, Germany), and a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Geopolitical Studies Riga (Latvia). He serves on the Advisory Board for the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs Next-Gen Leadership Initiative, and is a former Academic Director of the Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) summer institute for scholars on American foreign policy.
