Alyssa Prorok is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds a Ph.D. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has published extensively on the dynamics and resolution of civil conflict and international legal institutions, especially the International Criminal Court.
