Ryan O’Neale (Linkedin) is a defense contractor for the U.S. Navy’s Team Submarine. He additionally has professional experience in the field of security cooperation as a contractor for Defense Security Cooperation University’s SCO school.
Ryan recently completed a Master’s Degree at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University in International Security with a concentration in transnational conflict and including studying Russian Security Policy. He graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and certificate in Security Studies, including a year of study abroad in Japan as an exchange student at Toyo University in Tokyo. Ryan was born in Russia and adopted by an American family at a young age.
