Rory O’Connell

Professor Rory O’Connell (@rjjoconnell) is Professor of Human Rights and Constitutional Law and Director of the Transitional Justice Institute, Ulster University. He is a member of the Executive of the Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ), one of the parties in the Brexit litigation.
