Harriet Moynihan

Harriet Moynihan is an associate fellow in the International Law Programme at Chatham House, with particular expertise in international human rights law, international humanitarian law and treaty law. Harriet’s areas of focus at Chatham House currently include state responsibility, China’s approach to international law, sexual violence in conflict, and business and human rights. Before joining Chatham House, Harriet was a legal adviser at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), where she advised on a wide range of international law issues. Prior to that, Harriet trained and worked as an associate solicitor for Clifford Chance LLP in the firm’s London and Singapore offices.
