Jake Morganstein-Foley

Jake Morganstein-Foley (LinkedIn) is a 2L at Yale Law School, a Tillman Scholar, and a Student Staff Editor at Just Security. Prior to law school, Jake served as a Pararescue Jumper in the U.S. Air Force for about ten years, deploying twice to East Africa and once to the Middle East.

Jake spent his 1L summer with the New York Office of the Attorney General’s Federal Initiatives Unit and is interested in administrative and constitutional law, executive power, and the rule of law. In his spare time, Jake enjoys skiing, photography, and travel.
