Nina Moraitou-Politzi (BlueskyLinkedIn) is an international human rights lawyer based in the UK. At Human Rights First, Nina supported the Accountability team’s efforts to hold human rights abusers and corrupt actors accountable through the imposition of Magnitsky and other targeted sanctions programs. She previously worked for the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center in the International Advocacy and Litigation team and in direct service and policy advocacy roles at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and the British Refugee Council. Nina earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and holds degrees from the University of Edinburgh and University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
