Schuyler Miller (LinkedInSubstackwas a career civil servant in the U.S. State Department before separating from service in September 2025. He most recently served as a Policy Adviser for the State Department’s Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption, where he covered strategy, programmatic coordination, and learning and research. As a Presidential Management Fellow, Schuyler held policy, program, and learning roles in the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, as well as in USAID’s Anti-Corruption Task Force and Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance. He received his MSc in International Politics as a Mitchell Scholar at Trinity College Dublin and a BA in Government and Foreign Affairs with honors from the University of Virginia.
