Eric Metcalfe

Eric Metcalfe is a barrister at Monckton Chambers in London. He is a visiting fellow of the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law and was the author of its submission to the Anderson Review. He is also acting for Liberty, the ACLU, the Legal Resources Centre and several other organizations in their complaints against the UK intelligence services.
