Stuart McPhail

Stuart McPhail (@stuartmcphail5) serves as CREW’s Senior Litigation Counsel. Prior to joining CREW, Stuart worked as a litigation associate with Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher LLP and, before that, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP. Stuart clerked with Judge Fortunato Benavides of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and with Judge Maxine Chesney of the U.S. District court for the Northern District of California. Stuart received his J.D. from Columbia Law and his B.A. and B.S. from the University of Maryland.
