Julia McKay is a national security policy intern at Human Rights First. Previously, she worked for Congressman John K. Delaney (D-MD) and interned for both the House Committee on Homeland Security and the House Committee on the Judiciary. Julia graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in political science.
