Susana Malcorra (LinkedInX) is Founder and President of GWL Voices (Global Women Leaders’ Voices), former Chief of Staff to then-U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, former Foreign Minister of Argentina (2015–2017), and was a 2016 candidate in the U.N. Secretary-General elections. She also has served as Dean of the IE School of Global & Public Affairs in Spain.

Prior to these roles, she led the Department of Field Support (DFS) for Peacekeeping Operations, based in New York, as United Nations Under-Secretary-General. In 2004, she joined the World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome as Under-Secretary-General and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Ms. Malcorra began her professional career at IBM Argentina and spent nearly 25 years in the private sector. From January 1993 to 2002, she worked at Telecom Argentina, where she became Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
