Vladyslav Lanovoy (@VLanovoy) is Assistant Professor of Public International Law at Laval University, Canada and the author of Complicity and its Limits in the Law International Responsibility (Hart 2016). He has worked in the international arbitration group at a leading international law firm in London and Paris. He also served as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague (2014) and Consultant for the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention and the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva (2010-2012).
