Annette Kwan
Annette Kwan is a rising senior at Headington Rye School in Oxford, United Kingdom, beginning her final year of high school in the fall of 2026. She is currently studying Politics, Math, and History, with a strong passion for pursuing international relations and global politics in the future. During the summer of 2026 Annette served as a volunteer intern with the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, CA.
