Klaudia Klonowska (LinkedIn) is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Sciences Po Paris. Her research focuses on experimentation with emerging technologies in the security and defense sectors and the implications thereof for international law. She is also Managing Director of the Manual on International Law Applicable to AI in Warfare and a member of the International Law Association’s (ILA) Committee on AI & Technology Law. Klaudia completed her PhD titled “Techno-Legal Tinkering: AI Decision-Support Systems, Human-Machine Interaction, and International Humanitarian Law” as part of the interdisciplinary project, Designing International Law and Ethics into Military Artificial Intelligence (DILEMA), founded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO) at the Asser Institute and the University of Amsterdam.
