Pavle Kilibarda

Pavle Kilibarda is a Teaching Assistant at the Geneva Academy, and a PhD candidate at the Law Faculty, University of Geneva. His research focuses on general issues of public international law, particularly statehood recognition and the rights and obligations of states.

Pavle previously worked as a Legal Training Associate at the International Committee of the Red Cross and Researcher at the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights. He has engaged extensively with refugees and asylum-seekers in the Western Balkans, and has published legal analyses in both English and Serbo-Croat.

He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Belgrade and an LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy.
