Kathleen Doherty

Kathleen Doherty (@kdtraveler) was formerly U.S. ambassador to Cyprus and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European Union Affairs. While with the State Department, Kathleen helped finalized the U.S.-U.K. Defense Trade Treaty, participated in inter-agency discussions on foreign investment in U.S. strategic sectors and exports of dual use products, and initiated a “Tech in Focus” seminar about the nexus of tech and diplomacy.
