Kaleigh Homstad

Kaleigh Homstad (LinkedIn) is the Project Officer of the Civil Society Coalition on Human Rights and Counter-Terrorism, where she supports advocacy at the multilateral level on the misuse of counter-terrorism measures. Her efforts help connect the work of Coalition members at the national, regional and international levels that push for greater protection of human rights and civic space in global counter-terrorism responses.

She holds an MA from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and an LLM from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
